Subscriber participating transmission ownership model
Please nest the Subscriber PTO BRS document under this folder. When I submitted the original request I forgot to create a folder for this initiative under the Independent 2025 folder to house all associated docs for this project (for now this is just the BRS doc, but more will be added in the future). My apologies for the confusion and thanks for the help!
